Why trips and plans take so much time
Booking a flight takes minutes. Planning a trip takes evenings: deciding where to stay, checking which flights fit around meetings, comparing neighborhoods, reading reviews, booking dinners, sorting transfers, and then doing half of it again when something moves.
The same is true closer to home. A dinner with friends means a group thread, three restaurants, a time that works for everyone and a reminder to confirm. A birthday means remembering it early enough to do something good. Each plan is small; together they are a steady drain on your attention.
What your team coordinates
Your Concierge handles travel and lifestyle arrangements as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-off booking.
- Trip research and itineraries, built around your calendar and how you like to travel
- Flights, hotels and ground transport, booked with your approval in your preferred seats, areas and price range
- Restaurant reservations, rescheduling and the table you like
- Family and group trips, with plans shared and coordinated with the people you name
- Changes before and during a trip, handled within service hours
- Weekend plans, events and experiences researched and arranged
- Birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions remembered, with gifts and plans ready for your yes
- Training that survives travel: your Fitness & Lifestyle Specialist adapts your program to hotel gyms and time zones
How a trip comes together
A typical request starts with a single message, such as "Book my Tokyo trip next week."
- Brief
- Your Concierge checks your calendar and what they know about you: nonstop where possible, aisle seat, a quiet hotel near your meetings.
- Options
- Two or three clear options with a recommendation, rather than forty browser tabs.
- Approval
- You reply with a yes, or a change. Nothing is booked or paid for until you approve.
- Booked
- Flights, hotel and transfers confirmed, an itinerary in your calendar, dinner reservations made.
- On the way
- If plans change, your team rebooks and updates everyone involved, within service hours.
- Afterwards
- What you liked and didn't is noted, so the next trip starts from a better brief.
Lifestyle coordination closer to home
Most of the value is in the ordinary weeks. Your team keeps your evenings and weekends organized: dinners booked and confirmed with friends, the car serviced before a road trip, the anniversary remembered with time to plan something you'll both enjoy.
Because one Concierge knows your whole calendar, travel and everyday plans don't collide. The dentist doesn't land on the morning of a flight, and the week after a big trip isn't overloaded.
What we are, and what we aren't
SuperHandled is not a travel agency, a luxury access club or a 24/7 travel desk. We don't promise hard-to-get tables or upgrades. What we do is take the planning, booking and coordination off your plate, carefully and the way you like it, with your approval for anything that costs money.
Flights, hotels, meals, tickets and other third-party costs are paid separately and approved by you. Your plan covers your team's work: Personal is $900 a month, and Plus is $1,500 a month with higher priority and faster handling during service hours, including last-minute arrangements.
