What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, a short note about what you’d like help managing and, if you choose, your preferred way to talk.

We ask you not to include medical, financial or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your message, talk with you about the service, and understand which services people want most. We don’t sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it’s stored

Messages are processed by our website host, Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Access is limited to the SuperHandled team members who reply to them.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request or when they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Reply to any email we send you, or send a new message through the contact form noting your request, and we’ll respond promptly.

Clients

If you become a client, we’ll agree secure ways to share anything more sensitive during onboarding and provide a full client privacy notice before you share it. You decide what to share.
