How it works

Your own team, without the work of managing one.

Tell us what matters. Your three specialists get to know you, agree a plan with you, and your Personal Concierge keeps everything moving—with your approval at every step that matters.

Your team in action

Questions

How the service works in practice.

What exactly can I ask my team to do?

Research, planning, scheduling and coordination across your health routines, personal finances and everyday life. That includes comparing options, booking appointments and reservations, organizing travel, building training and meal plans around your week, preparing budget and spending summaries, and following up on whatever is outstanding. If something falls outside what your team does, your Personal Concierge will tell you clearly.

Who is SuperHandled for?

People whose time is better spent on work, family, health and the rest of life than on bookings, research, scheduling and follow-ups: often founders, executives and busy professionals in the US. It suits you if you would rather send one message and get back finished work or clear options to approve.

How is this different from a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant usually works through tasks you define, often billed by the hour. SuperHandled is a personal team on a flat monthly fee: a named Personal Concierge who knows your preferences and owns each request end to end, plus Fitness & Lifestyle and Finance Specialists for personal goals. It is not a full-time employee working only for you.

Will my team contact people on my behalf?

Yes, with your permission. Your team can message restaurants, providers, businesses and the people you name, always making clear they are writing as your team. What they can do without asking, and what needs your approval first, is agreed with you at the start.

How does the team work together?

Your Personal Concierge is your main point of contact. They know your preferences, own each request from start to finish and bring in your Fitness & Lifestyle Specialist or Finance Specialist whenever their expertise helps, so you never have to manage handoffs. Your team stays with you over time and also supports other clients.

How quickly can I expect a response?

Response-time targets and service hours are confirmed in your written terms before you start, and we would rather confirm them with you than publish a number we have not finalized. On Plus, your requests are handled ahead of routine Personal requests, so you can expect less waiting. SuperHandled is not a 24/7 or emergency service on either plan. For anything urgent or medical, contact the appropriate service directly.

What is the difference between Personal and Plus?

Only priority. Both plans include a named Personal Concierge, specialist support, a private communication channel, proactive reminders, research, arrangements and personal goal organization. Personal is $900 a month. Plus is $1,500 a month and adds priority request handling, faster attention during service hours and priority for last-minute arrangements.

Are third-party costs included?

No. Your plan covers your team's work. Meals, deliveries, travel, bookings and purchases are paid separately, and your team only spends money on your behalf within approval rules you set.

How do you protect my personal information?

We collect very little through this website: your name, email and a short note. We never ask for medical or financial records through the site. Before you share anything sensitive, we agree a secure way to do it during onboarding, and you decide what to share. Our privacy notice explains how website messages are handled.

Can you work with my existing calendar?

Your team plans your week in a shared calendar. How that calendar is set up and shared is agreed with you during onboarding, so tell us what you use today when we talk.

What happens if my priorities change?

Tell your team. Plans are reviewed at regular check-ins and can change whenever your situation does: flexible commitments are reorganized around what matters now, while fixed ones stay put. Nothing is booked, changed or cancelled without your approval.

How do I get started?

Select Talk to Our Team and send a short note about what you would like help managing. We reply personally, talk through your needs, and share the terms in writing. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you decide to begin.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are set out in your written terms, which you review before you start, so you know exactly how to stop before you commit.

Is my team a doctor, financial adviser or lawyer?

No. Your specialists coordinate health-, finance- and other specialist-related tasks, but they are not licensed medical, dietetic, financial, tax or legal professionals and do not give that kind of advice. When you need a licensed professional, your team can help you find one and prepare for the appointment.
